Pero es que el autoconocimiento es algo tan equivocado como el conocimiento externo. La razon es accion. Ni es la alquimia interna del autoconocimiento ni es un paseo por los cartelones del museo de la ciencia de Valencia (miles de metros cuadrados con solo carteles sacados de libros de bachillerato y primaria). Quizas iban menos desencamindaos los alquimistas practicos, los que evolucionaban ellos mismos a la vez que los experimentos que iban forjando.
En el caso de los emprendedores, la clave es la misma: razon en accion. La propia accion va acompañada de la evolucion emocional, pero ni siquiera tiene que ser esta un objetivo: viene por si, de la comunion con tu empresa.
(En general, lo malo de Punset es que siempre que entrevista a un cientifico lo hace con unos objetivos y ello le ciega y le hace impermeable a cualquier cosa de ciencia que ese investigador le pudiera transmitir. Sus oyentes no estan tan afectados, claro, pero la transmision esta viciada de partida.)
Sea o no erróneo el conocimiento interno, actualmente su enseñanza es deficiente. La gente no sabe qué significan las pulsiones, ni que algo le guste o le cause miedo. No conoce el funcionamiento de la mente ni los patrones de pensamiento y es algo que se podría enseñar. Luego, el valor de la experiencia y cómo aprovecharla, las claves del aprendizaje, de la buena organización de tareas, la constancia, las recompensas a largo plazo, no se sabe tampoco mucho. No salimos de la escuela habiendo aprendido a optimizarnos ni a conocer nuestra forma de pensar.
De acuerdo con que la acción, la práctica, es la mejor maestra, pero alguien no se pone en movimiento si no tiene una estrategia, una base, una visión clara del camino que tiene que realizar y sus dificultades. Si hay incertidumbre, surge el miedo y la acción se paraliza.
Aparte de eso, el propio entorno empresarial ya causa miedo porque está saturado de organizaciones muy fuertes.
Al final, la gente prefiere ser dependiente.
Respecto a Eduard Punset, es un comunicador y trata de llegar al público. Supongo que él orienta al científico e intenta conseguir información fácilmente digerible por el espectador. Lo que sí consigue al menos es interesar a las personas y eso ya se puede considerar algo positivo.
